18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

Effective Date: 26 September 2025

In compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on OvFans.com are either:

• Visual depictions of persons who were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced; or
• Exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because the visual depictions do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct.

OvFans is a user-generated content platform. As such, OvFans does not produce any content directly. All content is uploaded by independent third-party users (creators) who certify that they are at least 18 years old and that all individuals appearing in their content are at least 18 years of age, with valid identification and full consent.

OvFans requires all creators to maintain proper age verification records and to comply with all applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Upon request, OvFans may provide contact information for the responsible record-keeping party for any specific piece of content.
