Welcome to OvFans, a platform operated by K and I Digital Media Works (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://ovfans.com (the “Site”) and all related services. By accessing or using OvFans, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

 

1. Eligibility

To use OvFans, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be prohibited by law from using our services.

2. Account Registration

As a creator, you retain ownership of the content you upload (“User Content”). However, by posting on OvFans, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the rights to share the content.
  • Your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Content

OvFans has a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content, including but not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Non-consensual sexual content or leaks
  • Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or other illegal acts
  • Violence, terrorism, or hate-based content

6. Payments & Earnings

Creators may earn revenue through our platform. All payments are subject to our payment processor’s terms and local tax laws. You agree not to attempt to bypass OvFans’ payment systems or solicit payments off-platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and materials (excluding User Content) are the property of K and I Digital Media Works or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without permission.

8. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at support@ovfans.com with a valid DMCA notice. We will promptly investigate and remove infringing content as required by law.

9. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Illegal content will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OvFans is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or complete security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K and I Digital Media Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of OvFans after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
