OVFans respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringements and how we handle such claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on OVFans infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of infringement containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URLs or other specific location information.
  • Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Submission of DMCA Notices

3. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe it was removed mistakenly, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email.

4. Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, OVFans will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, OVFans may restore the removed content in accordance with DMCA rules.

5. Repeat Infringers

OVFans reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
